G checkout

I've only used G checkout on my baby charity site, I got a donation and G said you can't do that without a charity number so I stopped it straight away and give the donater their £5 back.

That's all I've done with G checkout but it now says that my account is overdrawn ?

I can't see on there where it says how much I owe etc ?

Any help, I'm not wised up on G checkout
