3/ Therefore has some traffic stats
4/ Is a .co.uk

Yes, could have a single page/minisite but should be ranking, although content is not important.

As an example something like:
minisites.co.uk
woodfurniture.co.uk
patiofurniture.co.uk

The above 3 all rank top 10 for their keyword, are .co.uk's and product or service based.
