Hi,

I've had a potential buyer phone me today asking if I would be willing to sell them the above domain, as the geo location is very popular for the selected industry what is this domain worth?

The buyer has also expressed interest in commissioning me to develop the domain, but do I take this into consideration when pricing the domain or consider this separately?

I registered it last month, I've yet to market the domain and was even looking to develop it. However given the right price I'll sell it and cash in early

The .com TLD domain has a sale value of £1200, what would the equivalent .co.uk TLD be given that the market for the geo domain is in the UK.

The .co.uk could be seen as more attractive so would it be worth less or more?

Livefootball.org is for sale on Sedo for $250,000. I could pick out thousands of domains on Sedo with "for sale" prices that are completely unrealistic and will never be sold.

The only way that £1200 figure comes into play is if you want to be sly about things and use "Look, the .com costs £1200" to justify why the buyer should pay £x for your .co.uk.
