Don’t think tax or were the other party are based, work out off etc bear any relevance etc to nominet… What did they use as a reason to file the DRS ?

'Quality hotel' is a brand/trademark, the DRS also included comfortinnkensington.co.uk and comfortinnleeds.co.uk, showing a pattern of abusive registrations. As it's a summary decision it's impossible to know the details but just looking at the list of domains it's clear that the respondant probably didn't have a leg to stand on.
