As for non-developed domains, I think pokeruk.net is my fave cos I think it's probably going to be the most valuable.
Worst domain: advancedwebconstruction.co.uk. That's the name of my limited company, but it doesn't exactly roll off the tongue and no-one's going to type it in correctly so I don't use it!
