I wouldn't pay £2k for it - it's one of those domains where you could be waiting forever for the right buyer to come along and they may never arrive. As for 5 figures, who knows!
If you're buying it to develop then it's a different story, it's a short catchy domain.
i like it too, very good point though is that as a brand its lacking because of not owning goto.co.uk. This would put off the sort of buyer you would be looking for down the line IMO and for that reason i wouldnt buy it for that personally.
With 2k to spend in this climate there are lots of maybe safer bets and better names to be had imo.
Yes, I hadn't even considered the issue regarding Goto - certainly the potential for alot of lost traffic for any-one considering a pricey marketing campaign.
Might have to stick my 2k on Andy Roddick this afternoon, much as I'd love Murray to win, I'm surprised Roddick's such long odds with a 158mph serve !!
But yes, the consensus seems nice name, but for the issues raised maybe touching 4 figures and not much more unless the right buyer comes along.
I like the name. If it were for sale as a bundle with goto co uk, the price would no doubt be much higher so perhaps this is a more affordable opportunity. Good name for a travel website, or even a freewebs clone (e.g. go2.co.uk/thenagshead).

The idea of marketing is that you establish your brand - if you were to worry about every conceivable similar sounding name or spelling you'd never get anywhere.
Marketing it correctly will alleviate all other problems.
