Google moves into property

Well apparently Rightmove have bullied and bashed estate agents through the last 10 years, what goes around comes around.

Yep time to sell that dead horse, whose next though?

OpenDNS also offer this and it wouldn't surprise me if this might be a way of Google capitalising on non resolving hostnames by offering search results when invalid domain name lookups are made.

Or finding out what sites people visit even if they don't go via their search results. Now where is my triple lined tinfoil hat :D

I've every intention of using it. Splitting off my property related portfolio is a plan for next year, so all good.

Still, there's the UK legislation regarding displaying property for sale and being a registered estate agent to assess.

Anyone got info on this and how google are going to impact on it... I see quite a few 'private' online only property sites springing up next year!

It will be very interesting to see how RightMove copes with this move from Google. I can't say I'm surprised to see Google doing this, and in many ways I'm surprised it's taken them this long.
