I had tickets for a Guns'n'Roses tour 5 years ago. The gigs were postponed twice, before they eventually gave up and refunded all the money. Axl still hasn't managed to complete the album they were supposedly working on. I wouldn't bet on them turning up this time either. Besides have you heard the tracks they have released demos of. They are absolutely awful.

I liked the original band, apart from Axel whos left?

Briefly bumped into Slash on Charing X road when they where playing the Marque must have been about 92'. Dont think anyone had heard of them then

By 1992 they'd risen and fallen. I think UYI 1&2 were 1992 (maybe 91?). They were probably the biggest band in the world around 1990. (The UK import of AfD was 1997).

I'm afraid the bloated outfit touring with the bloated Axl really just isn't Guns.

(As a purist, you could say even the AfD lineup wasn't really, because by then they'd replaced Tracii Gun with Slash, Tracii forming LA Guns, of course.)

I don't think Chinese Democracy will ever get released, either.

Should think all there fans are now old enough to only be interested in seating tickets close to the toilets
