it's a nice domain. Don't scare them off with a silly counter like most domainers, but if they're serious they too will come back with at least one more offer. Counter double what they offered, if you're happy with that.
Where are you conducting business? via email, phone or sedo etc. Less room for conversation with sedo/afternic etc
It's up to you, but i think a good domain. well worth £400-500 to someone. maybe a whole lot more.
