Is this services free or paid? I mean domain transfer.

Some companies charge you when you leave. Most companies charge you when you transfer in domains, normally just domain renewal fee.

I'm transferring from Fasthosts (no charge for out transfer) into Heart Internet, domain renenewal fee applies for inward transfer.

Different companies have different charging regimes. Pays to check these in detail before using one host over another!
