What a funny forum. It has full of funny guys. Here is my revised message after warning.
"I asked the owner not the other hyper-activated members.
I have no plan to counter or give a 5-star to the opinion of other small guys.
My question was genuine. I also plan to make some bids which can potentially bring corporates against me. I wondered whether he's got a plan or strategy in case of a DRS."
Is that ok for you admin?!
Why do you think particularly British Gas would cause problems when there are multiple trademarks for the word Gas from different companies in different fields in UK?
That is no different than if they owned gas.com, it is irrelevant to this discussion. It is a generic term used for an industry that BG have no copyright or trademark authority over.Could it be they own gas.co.uk?
Dilute which trademark? The term "gas" is not registrable for the product of "gas". That's how trademarks work.gas.uk cannot be developed as a full fledged company website anything related to gas retail market since it will definetely dilute the TM and confuse millions of retail customers.
