Long time lurker, first time poster! Thought it was about time I posted and said hello!
I'm just going through the Nominet DRS process with a company critic site that I own, just received the letter to say it's off to an expert... I'll probably loose the domain as its just the companies trading name.co.uk but you never know! Anyway I've still got the .com :mrgreen:
I tried to resolve the issue in mediation but they were having none of it, they'd even rather pay the expert fee than donate a similar amount to charity - well, their decision and they'd have had the .com aswell - not sure how much that one will cost them now...
Anyway hopefully I'll be a bit more active from now on,
