Seriously, I shifted the .net's within 48hrs of reg'ing back when the press were running a feature on 'fly to let'...

They never continued with the articles so personally, glad I dumped them...

IMHO - the boat was missed if you still hold them and haven't bothered to develop in the interim...
That said, sure you'll find a buyer somewhere... good luck...

Sounds like they could be a winner. There is a lot of property abroad that is being snapped up by investors. You could capitalise on this nicely. Still the phrase fly-to-let is not really in peoples minds really unlike buy-to-let.

Thanks for the replies thus far. So, any ideas on end-user value? I've had a couple of (just in the) 4-figure offers in the last year, but feel they do have intrinsic value worth more than this. I might develop them but it's finding the time - I know everyone has this problem!
