I've read quite a bit of stuff on here and learn't loads.


Got into domains after I bought www.MrCondom.co.uk for £6.19p and sold it 2 weeks later for £180 (a fluke I must admit).

Anyway - I currently own the following domains if anyone is interested....

wwwfroogle.co.uk

wwwxbox.co.uk

iPodForums.co.uk

iPodwireless.co.uk and wirelessiPod.co.uk

Im confident of catching a big yet non generic domain in the next few weeks so I'll keep you posted.

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to be a little careful when you register TMs as they owners of the TMs might decide they want your names and come after you for them.

If you need more info then do a search of the forum its discussed quite a few times.

Hi and thanks for the advice.

I realise that reselling trademarked domains, especially the www typos are hard. Almost impossible.

I actually registered them to make money off through the Kelkoo affiliate scheme. So far I have made £2.56p off the froogle typo - Only £3.44p to go before i break even!

I would have thought making such a strong statement about blatantly TM names is a very poor message for one of the leading industry services to send. You should be setting the standard...
