About to roll out a project the success of which will rely soley on google position, have read that redirects can have a detrimental effect..?

The hosting I would have to use is bloody expensive because its with the company I had the domains transferred within.

Thats the dilemma point or spend...? any help appreciated.

Thanks

need to push

the button on this one by 5.00 today if anyone has any input?
Thanks

The traditional way of doing things is to point the name servers to your hosting provider and let their DNS serve your DNS requests, no need for redirects this way.

Thanks Alex

So you dont think google will discriminate in an SEO way if my domain is regged at NewCo. and my server is elsewhere...?

shouldn't do.

edit: unless G doesn't like your destination server ip range or something?

Thanks Steve
