I run an offline business (a buying group for pubs) and I want to extend our service to website hosting.
However, I dont have the time nor the technical know how to administer any queries from customers should they arise.
Is there a reseller package out there whereby I pay more but they provide the support to the customer direct rather than me or a member of my team having to field the query, escalate a ticket, get back to the customer with the resolution etc
