Good name if you are thinking of building a directory about hosting sites or selling it to a development / publishing company that specialises in building directory type sites. I think it is quite a good sector for revenue generation so once developed properly could generate good income from affiliate programmes and PPC etc. How old is it? If it is old then even better as it should carry weight from an SEO perspective.

I like it - covers a great niche and is a decent name - not checked exacts but as previously mentioned would be a great directory/comparison site

Thanks for the appraisals so far.

The domain dropped today, I saw it on the caught.co.uk. At the moment I haven't got the skills to develop a site, so I would look to sell it on. Does anyone have advice on how best to sell a domain like this? Should I approach directory building publishers, or just auction it on somewhere like Sedo?

I'm also not sure of the domains age yet. I don't think I can find out the domain's full history, without joining a site like domaintools.com. Is there any way I can find this info for free.

@ Mike, the domain had been registered since December 2005 before it dropped today, it was previously owned by Nokta and the term has 210 exacts searches, there are no back links for domain and it has no history on www.archive.org either

So it's pretty much blank, which wont be of any help in giving the name any value or for any boost in serps due to domain age etc.

Drop lists show the dates when a domain has been registered since. For checking back links, use a site like www.backlinkwatch.com and for checking exacts use the Google keyword too here: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal?forceLegacy=true

Make sure you tick the box titled exact under Match Types, and have it set to United Kingdom in the Advanced Options and Filters options
