Been sitting on this for several weeks and decided to reg this (after seeing the celebrityjuggs domain, which is quite nice BTW). Any ideas on value?

Undeveloped I would say reg fee, if you could find an end user then maybe £50 to £100 but try finding one mate :|

Yeah, I'll prob find an end-user but not sure where to start. Can't decide whether an adult-based company or a celebrity magazine type company would go for it. Any thoughts with regards to this?

I think you should dev it yourself and get some nice photo's etc and then partner with celebrityjuggs.com

Development of adult (sex) type sites is in the main a complete waste of time you may be able to do so with niche markets, social sites etc But there is so much free porn available that making revenue is nearly impossible for all but a very few....

Thats a funny one, you should register hotgrandmas and sell them as a pair. Seriously though, i really doubt anyone would want to buy the domain from you for anything more than low £xx if you where lucky enough to find a buyer.

Of course, the site doesn't have to be sexual. The site could be based on mothers across the UK, who think they are hot, sending in pics of themselves and visitors ranking each mother.

The only problem I think is that the site would take a lot of effort to get it up and running and the chances of making much money is probably quite small.
