Wanted: Service html/css layout help required

I have a single page web template with an animated contact form pop out that I want to relocate as a fixed form on the main page and just tidy up the layout. The template is built on html with css; positions are within divs etc. Would imagine it will be no more than 30 minutes work for someone with the technical capabilities. Earn some beer money. Can provide example images of what I wish to achieve, plus all the code. Message me if available.
