The term people expect to see is "indian food", so "indiafood" just looks grammatically incorrect. As such, I don't think you'll find an end user prepared to pay for it - they're not going to go to the cost and effort of branding something that "looks wrong".

even IndiasFood at least has some context..(available)
The bottom line is if ??. the words are good ?? (and it doesn't work on search) then go for eyesight. businesses do (looks good and has clarity of spelling and last but not least, meaning)
ignore everything else
