Dream jobs of young Brits revealed: computer game developer beats astronaut and musician to the top, but girls still say tech is boring.
Nominet DREAM:IT research, to mark the sixth International Girls in ICT Day, has uncovered the dream careers of young Brits, with computer game developer (24.8%), app developer (13.2%) and website developer (12.6%) being the top three choices of 11-18 years olds.
Held on the fourth Thursday of April each year, Girls in ICT day is a global initiative aimed at encouraging girls to consider careers in the field of information and communication technologies.
