These tools aren't a representation of what your site looks like on a iPhone, more of a what your site looks like in an iframe the same size as the iPhone display, it doesn't account for any of the webkit CSS, iPhone resolution or any on site mobile tweaks you've made.

I just checked it out and compared it with my iPhone, it totally different

The results from the emulator are so different that you're better off not looking at it at all.
