Is Nominet violating UK competition law?

Some might decide that Nominet could do and disagree with you. I personally haven't thought about it yet.

It's a fundamental disconnect with what I personally believe Nominet remit's is (or should be). Why they even spend time thinking about this sort of stuff is completely beyond me.

I've searched Google, but I can't find either the mission or vision statement. Do you have links?
 
There's no point in saying you have a vision or mission if you don't document it. I can't believe Nominet wouldn't have done so either. Particularly as they've gone to the trouble of capitalising the words :)

I did have a look at the MoA, but frankly don't have the time or energy to go much further with them.
