Thanks for the link. As the article says, battery drain would have played its part.
 
Flash doesn't make sense on phones. I guess Adobe has given up the fight for that then, when they were launching CS5 they were thinking very differently.
 
It's going to be interesting seeing (some/many) web design firms having to scrabble for new excuses as to why their clients sites don't rank in the search engines when they can no longer say "It's Flash, innit" to them... From what I have seen, there are many MANY firms that don't have the first idea about how to actually SEO a website rather than just build a pretty page or few.
 
Flash was doomed the moment Steve Jobs decided he doesn't care much for it :)
 
Yeah I'd have to agree with that one, amazing how much power apple has in the market these days.

I don't think people or technology followed Jobs, IMO I think he was just ahead of the game on most stuff.
