Absolutely, just seemed quite a hike from what was paid on dl a few days ago. As Steve has explained though, he seems to have done quite a bit to the website.

Yeah, I'm sure keeping a forum maintained is not be as easy as it sounds but probably well worth it if you can manage it. Good luck with the sale.
