Wanted: Service Joomla guru required

I'm after help to sort out a template ( from rocket theme )

so layout, styling, sorting menus / categories, adding sections, integrating scripts, etc etc and also looking at the security aspect of the site.

this is for two projects if all goes well on the first.

The second site is for a journo's site who would need a little hand holding/tuition in terms of explaining how it works (and me too!)

I would imagine you are looking at two full days work on each site

References to sites you have developed or designed is required (I don't really want somone who 'dabbles' now and again, rather someone who does it full time i.e fully experienced)

Just to avoid starting another thread, I have a Joomla related question.

Looking to install the Apache & MySql, and I was wondering which is the best to use to manage this, 'Uniform Server' or 'XAMPP'?

Both seem similar, but i'm sure someone will have a good reason for a preference, especially if I find I need the additional install options later!
