Actually it looks like good value to me. I would have tried selling them to end users.
For example e-o.co.uk to companies that trade as e&o, but you can't have a '&' in a domain name. I've sold a couple like that, for low £xxx.

That reminds me of a few years ago when I saw a hairdressing salon displaying their website as toni&guy.com - sign was professionally done not just a temporary one.

That was my first task as Network Manager for them back in 1998, to get the whole chain to rebrand everything: letterheads, business cards etc. they all had toni&guy.com on
