Can anyone appraise this domain?

Also does anyone know of someone who could provide a valuation for accountancy purposes other than sedo? (The owner doenst want to sell.)

what are these type of keword domains worth generally? they do very well traffic wise, and are obviously valuable assets in niche markets, the owner thinks £15k++ - too much?

i think there are too many valid alternatives to make it worth £15k

combined with and overture count of about 1500 a month not sure it would make half that amount? and boat bits on the web is a very small market.

There is a wide margin for valuation on domain names because,

they are all unique
very few comaprible sales
no established valuation method

I was talking to my accountant about this yesterday for similar reasons, and he said this margin is to our advantage, within reason we can make a case for high value or low value on particular domains. But, he also siad that in our case is is important to get the values approved by IR Share Valuation Division.

There is a forum member who has appraised and negotiated sales on many of our names, you might seek his advice.
