Looking for links in various niches

Looking for sites with solid links and age to link to mine and other's sites.

I'll take a look at any site providing it has organic traffic, high quality links and decent content, doesn't necessarily have to be in these niches.

Main ones would be travel (accommodation, location guides etc)

Property (heating, plumbing, home improvement etc)

Can do a link swap or pay per link.

Asides from a couple of my own sites, I have access to the largest and oldest UK Property forum site and others.
