Wanted: Website Looking for property websites

Hi,

I'm looking for an established (eg has some backlinks and history) website about property - ideally about being a landlord or buying / investing in property, but will consider other sites relevant to property in general.

My budget is £xxx - £x,xxx depending on the quality and history of the site. The site does not have to have any existing revenue, I am just looking for some age.
