Meta's ICANN 2026 application for .SUPERINTELLIGENCE proposes a generic TLD that could be open to eligible registrants if approved. At the same time, Slovenia's .SI has picked up a new association with superintelligence.
For UK domain investors, is this likely to create a meaningful market beyond a few defensive registrations? A .CO.UK or .COM gives buyers a familiar identity; .SI depends on a newer meaning catching on.
Would Meta's application make you reconsider .SI, or not really?
