Mila Kunis Fansite, very hot right now and will definitely grow (just won sexiest woman alive and a big contender for the lead role in the 50 shades of grey movie).

currently page 1 (and climbing) for "mila Kunis" in google.co.uk - 135,000 exact
currently page 5 (and climbing) for "mila kunis" in google.com - 1,500,000 exact
lots of pictures and wallpapers on google images pages 1-5 on google.com
the majority of backlinks are one way dofollow links from other high authority fansites.
Domain was first registered is July 2006
TRAFFIC
currently averaging about 300 uniques/day, with huge social spikes with new content + social bookmarking (hitting almost 2500 uniques in 1 day)

All content is unique and written by me, sale comes with the wordpress driven website and theme (modded by myself)

Haven't really tried monetising yet so not sure of the potential.
Selling due to working abroad and not having the time to get it to google #1.
