Name cheap is good. Cheaper than 123 reg for uk domains as well

Namecheap have free Whois and also if you have more than 50 names ask support and they'll give u a bulk discount code

Dynadot or Fabulous if you have volume to qualify for bulk pricing.
Both reasonably stable and bug-free from my experience.

I’d also go for name .COM support is prompt, helpful, and responsive although over years I’ve been with them not had to use them much. Prices can be compared as average with other registrars better when discount codes are about, Easy to use control panel Fast checkout and DNS resolution.

internetbs.net cheaper and reliable again good response from help desk control panel easy to use dns resolution a little slower nothing like the uk basaed ones though still pretty quick
