Whats the easiest way to migrate a site from domainname.co.uk/Folder to Newdomain.com without shagging up any seo

Does this work on a page level basis

Example:

domainname.co.uk/Folder/Page1 to newdomain.com/page1
domainname.co.uk/Folder/Page2 to newdomain.com/page2

and so on

there a post about this some years ago, They had maindom.ext/geo and where moving to geo.ext I think.
