Newcomer asking for guidance

I am new in Sedo and domain parking world.
Could someone please help / guide me on getting traffic for my parked domain?
or how to optimize keywords using Sedo optimizer
or at least, where to start reading this forum

My parked domain is
http://www.quicksmartcareer.com

Might not be a good name
Since I have a hard time finding keywords for it.

Parking pages are for natural traffic ie. type-in visitors or traffic coming from existing backlinks. If you're looking at promoting and getting traffic to your domain you need to build a proper website.

But what is the definition, attributes, examples of the 'proper website' ?

Anything from a 1 page site to a fully blown mega-site. If you're still looking to make PPC income from it then you will need need something like google adsense ads on it.

I am 99% sure that Sedo does not allow you to advertise your domains using Google Adwords.

The only parking company that I known of, that allows you to do this, is Parked.com. But they are not as good as Sedo at monetizing European/UK domains.
