Bought this one last year, but i don't have much experience in developing geos.

Gets around 50 Type-ins traffic a month (while on sedo parking).

£75 ono for quick sale (bargain!).

I think your population figures are a bit out sorry.

With two primary schools and the intention for 2 more I'd say it's a fraction of your figure 247,000

Those are the figures from wikipedia (no idea how accurate they are)

The population figure covers the whole of south dublin, I quote from the website:

About Us
The administrative area of South Dublin is located to the south-west of Dublin City and comprises 223 square kilometres. The South Dublin County area has a population of approximately 247,000 people (2006) and is the third largest local authority in the State in terms of resident population.
