Hi Steve. I'm not sure what that means - and google results are not promising...what is your idea in regging this combination.

i dont know really i am new to this, thought it could be an advice on shares type platform, "get smart with shares'' could you tell me jack when you say google results are not good what does that mean, is there some test you can do ?

I'd slightly disagree and say it's a good one for the angle i'd take is the whole flat ,house student share market.

Smart isn't something people would type for Flat share but might make a good company name for an letting operator.

Might be wrong but it's just a different view

Also why did you take the hyphenated version 1st? no hyphen is available
