Just purchased the above domain .co.uk , Would you be kind enough to share your thoughts? also would you do something like a findaproperty site?

It is very brandable, and therefore suitable for a high profile property search site such as findaproperty. However, the difficulty is that sites such as findaproperty have been years in the making, so it's not something that can be easily replicated. As for opportunities for the affiliate, I'm not sure what's out there. If you find something then let me know, as I have HousesForSale.me.uk.
