Hi, what would you say the best options are, I have a couple of cases where members have bought domians off me, I received payment and sent the transfer from Nominet immediately within minutes, pushed the domains to their accounts on 123-reg and changed tag on the other one, then 5 days later I get emails from Nominet saying the transfers were not completed within 5 days, and I need to send the transfers again.
So I contact the buyers on here via PM, they apologis, saying they have been busy, not online or whatever reason, please send the transfer again, which I do straight away, only to find that they have still not been accepted days later, and I will soon be getting more emails from Nominet saying, transfer not completed within 5 days, send again blah blah blah.
I really can't be arsed going round in circles chasing people up via PM, resending transfers and still not having them accepted, it's just wasting my time. I'm now thinking to myself, well, you've had 2 chances to accept them, I don't want them in my Nominet account just on the off chance that something dodgy was done with them, very unlikely, but stranger things have happened.
I notice there is a Cancel Domains button in my Nominet online services, would it be acceptable for me to cancel any domains from my Nominet account where the buyer is constantly not accepting the transfer? What would you do?
