Shouldn't you wait until the sale has been completed to announce a sale?

In a thread you posted a while ago with multiple sales, some were (seemingly) never completed as the whois still shows your details

I'll offer them "pharmacistconsultant.co.uk" as soon as they have accepted the Nominet transfer.
Some simply forget to accept and we have to re-initiate later on.

We have no spamming issues - at the end of each email, we have:

"- If you would prefer not to be contacted about domain acquisition opportunities in the future, please respond with opt out or unsubscribe in the subject line. This is a one-time advertisement. "

We receive a few "please do not contact me again" messages from time to time. Those types of messages are by far outweighed by "thank you for thinking of us" and "yes, we're interested" replies.

The 2K brands we have been acquiring are not for outbound marketing, but rather passive sales (awaiting inbound offers).
