low value item, you can buy them on ebay for a couple of quid (wifes just bought one) so only really good for an affiliate site.

To an end user, very low £xxx IMHO, build a site, get it ranking and the maybe more.

My advice - develop and sit on it for a bit

Domain only would be low value now IMO, offers likely to be less than £60 IMO.

If you have the time, build an affiliate site with a range of covers (populate it with ebay or amazon products)even a few sales a month should earn you more than the pennies its earning now! get it ranking and it will be easier to sell!
