I have portablenebulisers (com)
I havent much use for it as was going to sell these but it was sort of a started but not finished project
and it does get people trying to buy off it too (£2000 in attempted orders)
Not sure if any of you have contacts / business in the healthcare niche??
its got some traffic and is on page 1 for its keyword and for some other stuff
