You could try moving to npower - they claim to be the cheapest.
Or you could fix your gas prices!
I was going to fix my prices with BG, but if you move house before the contract is over (2009), i was informed that you have to pay a release fee!

Yeah might give that a shot with npower. first i will try & ring powergen, i know a lot of companies will bend a bit if you contact them direct about swapping. wanted to avoid swapping cos a week don't go past without some jehova/utility seller trying to get you to swap & just thought they're all much of a muchness. if they don't bend (ie freeze charges) i'll vote with feet.
