Wanted: Domain Appraisal PropertyStore.com?

Hi All,
I haven’t seen appraisals on the forum for .coms so not sure if this is the place to ask about this one?

PropertyStore.Com - regged 1997

PropertyShop.com regged 2007 sold a few years ago for $20k and is up again for $35,000 minimum.

Some crazy ‘for sale’ prices out there:

AssetsStore.com - £41,572 - What?
RentalStore.com - £11,662
DubaiPropertyStore.com. - £8,331

I’m more of a realist but I’d value any members input?

Can’t see anyone on Google paying for AdWords for the term, which means it’s a brandable name - from a quick search I can see a couple of agents in the UK, US, India & Pakistan using the name…

if you’re looking to sell it rather than just sit and wait for a unicorn sale, I would try BrandBucket or BrandPa - I believe they select and then value the domains they accept…

Go to BrandBucket and search property - looking at the results, that sets yours at the $5-10k level, depending on how fast you want to sell…
