Based on Wordpress and live since March this year, rankings and traffic are growing steadily. There were a little over 6,500 sessions in October (entirely organic and referral traffic - zero ongoing marketing).

The site is not monetised in any way as yet.

How could one monetise the site?

The same way you'd monetise any directory/vertical search site:

• Featured listing upgrades is the obvious one (and there are plenty of types of featured listings you can sell at that - home page, category page, county page, etc.)
• Adsense and other banner ads
• Affiliate links on other content (recipes, cocktails, whatever)
• Once the traffic scale exists, online bookings where you commoditise the pyo experience and offer "buy a ticket/punnet online" type functionality

There is a lot of search traffic in this niche.
