ND, I have noticed that lets say I have all my domains set to ND servers and yet, as ive found, I have left a number of domains off the Name Drive control it goes to a generic ND web page which I presume pays ND commission and not myself. Do you not think it right that you should notify people when they have neglected to put "a" domain onto their control panel rather than keep the mistake money for ND ?

Just says "error" for me.

Your domains may be in someone elses account.

Hi DG,

If you let me know the domain, then I can let you know which account it was in. To give you an idea of how much traffic we have hitting our DNS which is not in listed in an ND account, we set up something a month ago to catch any names which were unlisted but hitting our DNS as a 'service' so that if people were losing revenue from non-listed names, we could simply transfer it over. Sounds easy. Within 24 hours, we had 10,000 which should have been listed in that account. Among them google.com, aol.com etc. We have a vast amount of stuff hitting our DNS which is not listed in accounts, so we immediately disabled this.

We wanted to do this as we had some people who were forwarding domains without adding it to their accounts and were losing out on 100s of USD, so we wanted to make sure that we were able to successfully track the traffic and put the stats in their account. Obviously, sending out 10K notification emails on a daily basis isn't really possible.

In any situation like this though, we will always transfer stats over to the rightful owner if we have any stats to go by.

Hope this clears it up a bit.

Hi...

I have also had this problem, only last night when I checked herbaltonics.co.uk, it was not added to my account and was parked at ND default page.

I had an idea ED about seo within ND...

Is there anyway, that say if i list a domain name in ND and its getting and av of below 0.5p that the domain name can be shown in say red so i can spot it easily and change keyword?

An excellent idea DB

and/or can we rank all domains (presently in different folders) together, by revenue, hits etc.

and how about this one:
can we list by revenue for one hit, so say we have 6 hits on a domain we presently can't see the different revenues, only the average, so this would involve a) can we see each hit, and b) can we rank all hits by revenue and look across and see which keywords they were.

still waiting for the musical bells for each hit.

Thats ok now thanks, I have loaded all the domains I have onto ND so that I can be sure they are listed, then its just a matter of making sure the Name servers are correct, rather than other way around

Hi guys,

I actually started discussing an 'advanced search' feature with the guys last week. This was as a result of Nismo's comment that he wants to use the new templates but doesn't have time to search for all domains in the 'home' category. This will shortly be a doddle - being able to search by category, keyword, header, template, for sale.
The stats is a bigger query and will currently be slightly problematic, but I've always wanted an 'intensive care' screen where you can enter 'symptoms' and find some domains in need of a loving hand. This will hopefully be here very soon as we continue in making the system faster and more responsive to our 9,000 customers' queries :)

For now, it is possible to do everything that you all asked for. With the CSV download, you can sort by PPC, CTR etc. The CSV also contains all keyword and category settings so it's a pretty useful tool which I know I use a lot when helping people out with their portfolios. Portfolii?

Appls, I'll try and get the bells for you. I'm sorry it's taken so long. I'm willing to sit in your account all day and press a bell-sounding button if that's what it takes.

a quick way todo this for .co.uk and .com names is to do a portfolio search for .co

Haha. Cunning.

We do have some people with 10s of thousands of names so a simple 'click here' solution to get them all out of their folders and onto the portfolio page is something we're not too keen to do as it's a bit system heave, but Nismo's idea is pretty clever :)
