Quick question re: buying a domain

sorry but I disagree especially as you are speaking on behalf of ' most people' how do you know what they think, have you asked them all?

Obviously not!

But in a totally unscientific way, if you look at those who have expressed an opinion in this thread, I think it is 6:1 'buyer pays:seller pays' - although I also think it is probably unanimous that the best option is for the seller to explicitly state it.
