Can anyone recommend some good SEO monitoring software. Something that can help submit to directories, press release sites and optimise keyword rankings...etc.

I personally wouldn't touch any auto submit software to be honest since Penguin hit. If you really want something then I always found SubmitEaze pretty good for articles and directories although I'd upload your own list of trustworthy directories. IBP was always very popular although I never used it. For me, it's all about high quality paid directories with natural sounding descriptions and keeping any content with links 100% original and unique.
