Potentially looking to sell this website if the right offer comes along:

Operates under a basic CMS for adding vouchers. Website is custom built (no templates).
Site has a PR of 3
Have a couple of adsense ads, made a few £'s, but was looking at a different revenue model to implement.
Unfortunately moved hosts recently (lost stats off old host) and for some reason the new host automatically switches off stats - you have to switch them on! and I didn't realise until today - so unfortunately I can't provide any stats.
It jumps between page 2 and 3 at the moment for the main keyword Restaurant Vouchers (60k exacts) but this site climbed for a while to reach where it is. It is still climbing and with ongoing linkbuilding and content this will reach Page 1
