Okay so mo's the only person, i've seen at least, to do this so far on Acorn, but I'm hoping to show people that this doesn't have to be as risky as it looks and also promote a forthcoming site i'm building to aid reverse auctions.
Anyway I don't have any three letter domains to give this a go with at present but I thought i'd offer my PR 2 JenniferLopez.co.uk, which has about 200+ uniques a month and a newly skinned template site, driven by news feeds from yahoo and picture feeds from flickr. I was tempted to create this thread in the Websites for sale but this wasn't more than a few hours work using a freely available template so I thought i'd leave it here as a domain throwing in a zip of whats there if you want.
Few selling points:
- Site ranks second in the UK google results
- Jennifer Lopez is due to make a come back, I realised reading the news feed on the site, hence the 200 UV a month with shoot up soon I'm guessing

The Reverse Auction is going to run between 9am and 9pm today Friday 27th 2009
The starting price is £750 and the price will drop £1 every minute stopping at 9pm at a reserve of £30.
First person to post SOLD wins at the price at that time.
